Mission
Our recruitment process for caregivers is focused on selecting individuals who inherently possess kindness and compassion. You can be assured that the caregiver assigned to you will not only have the essential skills to provide support but will also be matched to your personality and specific needs to enhance your overall well-being. In addition to completing our comprehensive four-day training and assessment program, every caregiver at Helping Hands participates in ongoing refresher training to ensure their knowledge and skills remain current.
Vision
Established by Awais Asif in 2024, Healing Hands Caring Solutions originated in a modest residence in Essex, focusing on delivering consistent support to individuals in the local community who required additional assistance at home. More than three decades later, we have evolved into a comprehensive care organization that aids thousands in maintaining their independence and remaining in the environment they cherish most: their own homes.
